We use our unique method to find emails, which is built on:
- A researched collection of email formats per region and name. For example, Spanish descended names have four components (names) that need to be take into account.
- Next generation email validation engine. With all the email formats we’ve collected, we process each email through our internal validator to ensure you always get the correct email address.
- Finally, our secret – the Mailsight validation engine can further validate emails that belong to email servers with a catch-all setup. This drastically increases our discovery rate since statistically, about 50% of professional emails (business emails) are associated with catch-all email servers.
To find an email address you need to have the following inputs:
- Full name (letter abbreviations are acceptable, but could decrease discovery rate)
- Company domain (example: mailsight.io)
- Region (company HQ’s country)
If your first search request yields no result, you can search again with the following changes:
- Full name: if the name has common abbreviations, search using the variation(s) (example: John vs. Jonathan)
- Company domain: if the company has a global presence, they most likely have domains for each region. In this case, search using the domain variations. Example, coca-cola.com, coca-cola.ca, coca-cola.ge, etc.
